CIVICA - Clearing Accidental Large print Job to receipt Printer Print

Ensure the receipting printer is turned off to avoid any unwanted printing
RDP to and Log on to WWCAUTHAPP server As Administrator
Find the Print Manager ICON on the Desktop and open
On the Left Hand Side Single Left Click on All Printers
On the right Pane look for the printer ww_rc1
Single Right Click on this printer and select Cancel All Jobs
Turn the printer back on and check that it is now stopped printing
