Issue:


If Civica is running extremely slow when running reporting in Excel it may be a problem with the 'Civica Reporting.xla add-in' pointing to the wrong server.


Fix: 


1. Open Excel

2. Go To FILE -> Options



3. Ensure Civica reporting add-in is present 

4. In the manage section select Excel Ad-ins and hit GO

5. Untick Civica reporting add in and select OK

6. Restart Excel

7. go to FILE ->options --> Add ins

8. Manage -> Select Excel Add ins

9. Browse & Browse to \\wwcauthapp\xml

10. Select Civicareporting.xla

11. Select OK

12. Restart Excel
