If the "Followme" Print (Virtual Printer is in error and will not release print Jobs please follow these steps to resolve the problem.

WARNING: This will remove all currently spooled jobs permanently from the queue

1. Log into WWCSV04 as domain administrator
2. Open Services Application
   1. Shortcut on the desktop
3. Stop the following services
   1. 
   2. 
      
4. Open Printer Queue folder
   1. Shortcut on the desktop
5. Delete all files from the spooler folder
6. Navigate back to the services application
7. Restart the following services
   1. 
   2.
