Please refer to the attached file for instructions on how to extract the CSR Certificate from IIS
1. Log into wwcauthapp server
2. Open IIS Servcies Manager & Follow the instruction from the attached PDF.
3. You should have a renewal email from Rapid SSL with a renew link click on the link
4. Log into Rapid SSL details are in the Vault.
5. Follow the renew certificate links
6. Paste in the CSR Extract (Ensure you use *.warwyn.tas.gov.au)
7. Ensure you also complete the other fields as follows.
CIVICA SPECIFIC
The bindings now need to be configured to use the new certificate in IIS. I have pointed LIVE to the correct certificate - *.warwyn.tas.gov.au (assuming that is the new one). I have left the other environments for you to complete. Can you please confirm Authority is now available?
