1: Go to file path \\auth-apps\eftpos\Terminal1 

   (There is a shortcut on the customer service PC desktop called "Terminal 1")


2: Delete all files from the folder EXCEPT the following three

                Archive                                 [folder]

                Receipts                               [folder]

                DosToActiveX.exe           [program file]


3: Restart the PC and the issue should be resolved
