Step 1: Begin by signing into the printer using your printer fob. It does not matter who you sign in as.
Step 2: Press the "Main Copier Menu" button on the touch screen
Step T: Navigate to the "Utility" button located on the bottom righthand side of the screen.
Step 4: Select option number 3: Administrator Settings
Step 5: Enter the following Admin password: 12345678
Step 6: Select option number 3: One-Touch / User box registration
Step 7: Select option number 1: Create One-Touch destination
Step 8: Select option number 1: Address Book (Public)
Step 9: Select option number 1: Email
Step 10: Press the "New" button located in the bottom middle of the screen
Step 11: Fill out the employees information into the labeled boxes. You will need a Name and Email address
Step 12: Select the "OK" button located in the bottom right of the screen
You have now added that user to the public address book. You may now back out of all the menus or just sign out of the printer.
