Method 1:
Step 1: Begin by pressing both the Windows Home Key and the M key to minimize all your current programs
Step 2: Right click with your mouse anywhere on your desktop. This will open up a small panel like the one pictured below:
Step 3: Select the Intel Graphics Settings option. This will open up a page like the one pictured below:
Step 4: Select the Display option. You should now be looking at a screen similar to the one shown below:
Step 5: Ensure the Resolution is set to 1920x1080
Step 6: Under the Scaling option make sure Scale Full Screen is selected.
Step 6.5: If Scale Full Screen is already selected and the issue is persisting change the option to Maintain Display Scaling
Step 7: You can now close out of the program and select Yes or Save to any questions the program might ask.
